Pricing:

*$350 for the initial three (3) hours. This fee includes a complimentary thirty (30) minutes prior to the event and thirty (30) minutes following the event for setup and cleanup.
Additional rental time is available at a rate of $50 per hour.

Food & Catering:

Warming devices like crock pots or chafing dishes with sterno are allowed (bring your own utensils/dishware) - No open flames

Optional boxed lunch or catered buffet available (pending availability)

Alcohol Policy:

No outside alcohol permitted. All alcohol served by The Highgate Manor, LLC, fully licensed and insured.
